Prabhav, being a member of the ADR cell since his first year has a proven track record of managing the crisis situations, as and when required. He worked with different teams throughout his tenure as a member of the cell and has a hands-on experience when it comes to ADR tournaments. He has not only participated and outshined in various international ADR tournaments such as Mediate’18 (Ukraine), INADR’S International law school mediation tournament (Glasgow, Scotland), but also Judged international tournaments as a board member. With an all-round experience and solid networking skills, Prabhav has always strived to bring the best to the table.
Aditya joined the ADR cell back in 2016 and considers the cell as his second family. He has been an active member of the cell since his first year and at the same time excelled in various ADR Tournaments. His love for new initiatives and a ‘take-charge’ approach has helped the cell grow and reach newer heights. According to Aditya, these four years with ADRC is no less than an enriching journey, in which he worked with a lot of people, made a lot of friends, learnt a plethora of things and had amazing experiences that have shaped him into the person that he is today.
Pratham is very passionate when it comes to mediation, and respects the idea because of the cause it supports and his commitment to achieving it. He worked towards the growth of the cell and is known for his comprehensive and strategic communications. He has been an active member of the cell and considers responsibility and accountability as the key components for the successful working of any organisation. With his skills and experience, he aims to work towards an academic-oriented program in the field of mediation.
Ransher considers ADRC as an integral part of his law school journey. He witnessed an exponential growth in the overall working of the cell and worked tirelessly since his first year to bring ADRC to the level it is today. He worked with various teams throughout his tenure and helped them run smoothly with his results-driven approach. Ransher has a deep interest in the field of mediation and Arbitration and pursued the same by participating in various tournaments both in India and abroad, and has many laurels to rest on having won the INADR’s Mediate’18 (Ukraine) & Christ University’s SLCU Negotiation Tournament, 2017.
